What is FILHEX?
FILHEX is garage CRM software for ECU tuning garages: customers, vehicles, jobs and secure file versions. It is not an ECU editor or flashing tool.
How does the free trial work?
New garages get a 14-day free trial after email verification. No credit card is required to start. When the trial ends, choose Starter or Pro under Payments to continue.
I cannot sign in or verify my email
Check spam for the verification email, then use Resend or Forgot password on the sign-in page. Make sure you use the same email you registered with.
Why cannot I upload a file?
Individual files have a size limit. Your plan also has disk, customer and vehicle limits. Upgrade or add capacity under Payments if you hit a quota.
What are plan limits?
Trial, Starter and Pro each include customer, vehicle and storage limits. Pro can add extra capacity packs. See Pricing on the website or Payments in your workspace.
How do payments work?
Owners and managers subscribe or change plans under Settings → Payments. You can manage invoices and payment methods from the payments portal.
My trial ended or the garage is suspended
Sign in and open Settings → Payments to subscribe. If you need help choosing a plan, use the contact form below or email [email protected].
How do I invite technicians?
Garage owners invite managers and technicians under Settings → Team. Invitees receive an email to set a password and join the workspace.
