By creating a FILHEX account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use FILHEX for a garage, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business. Questions: [email protected].

The service

FILHEX is a multi-tenant SaaS for managing customers, vehicles, jobs and files in tuning garages. It is not an ECU editor, flashing tool or dyno system. Features may evolve; we aim to keep core garage workflows available on active plans.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure. Garage owners are responsible for team invites and for content stored in their workspace. We may suspend access for security abuse or unpaid plans after notice where practical.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, infringe others' rights, or process data unlawfully. You must have a lawful basis for customer and vehicle data you store. We may remove content that clearly violates these rules.

Trials, plans and billing

New garages may receive a free trial as described on the site. Paid plans, quotas and renewals are shown in Pricing and in workspace Payments. Fees are charged via our payment provider; taxes may apply based on your location.

Liability, changes and contact

FILHEX is provided as-is within the limits allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from garage operations or third-party tools. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated reasonably. Contact [email protected].
