Account data such as name, email and garage details; account content you upload (customers, vehicles, jobs and files); technical logs needed to run and secure the service; and billing details processed by our payment provider when you subscribe.

We use data to provide and improve FILHEX, authenticate users, support your garage, process subscriptions, send essential service emails, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Legal bases and retention (EU)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a secure SaaS, consent where required, and legal obligations. We keep data only as long as needed for the account, backups, disputes or law, then delete or anonymize it.

Sharing and processors

We use trusted processors for hosting, email and payments (for example cloud infrastructure and Stripe). They process data on our instructions. Garage owners control customer and vehicle data inside their workspace and remain responsible for that content.
