What a tuning File costs in FILHEX
1 Credit = 1 processed File. Credit packs are €5 for 1 Credit, €40 for 10 Credits, €150 for 50 Credits, €200 for 100 Credits, bought in the Windows app. New accounts receive 5 free Credits.
The unit is a Credit
1 Credit = 1 processed File. You pay when FILHEX completes the Solution Job — not for unused license capacity.
Credit packs
The Workspace Owner buys packs in the FILHEX Windows app (card checkout). Current packs: €5 for 1 Credit, €40 for 10 Credits, €150 for 50 Credits, €200 for 100 Credits. Packs are one-time, stackable, and never expire. New Workspace accounts receive 5 free Credits after signup.
What you do not pay for
Scan can run without spending a Credit. You spend the Credit when processing completes. DTC clear on a completed job does not use Credits. Details: pricing.
